Our privacy notice.
A clear account of the personal data we handle and the choices available to you. We aim for plain language so the policy is actually readable.
What we collect
The information needed to operate your account: your name, email and company details; the payees and payments you create inside the workspace; and basic security signals such as device and sign-in metadata. We do not request information that is not used to run the service.
How we use it
To operate the product, execute the payments you initiate, support you when you contact us, and protect your account from unauthorised access. Your data is not sold and is not used to train third-party AI models.
Who we share it with
Information required to execute a payment is shared with the relevant payment partner: destination account, amount and reference. We may also share data with regulators or law enforcement where required by law, and with the infrastructure providers that host the service under written data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
For the lifetime of your account, and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal obligations relating to payment records. On request, we delete information that we are permitted to delete and explain what must be retained and why.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our hosting provider, with access controls limiting it to personnel who need it to operate the service or assist you with your account.
Your choices
Request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of information we are permitted to remove. Email privacy@paysomething.com from the address on your account and we will respond.

Material changes to this notice are reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or by email. The date below indicates when it was last updated.
