About

A focused payments workspace for businesses.

Paysomethings brings payroll, suppliers, bills, airtime and petty cash into one calm interface, with approvals and a clear audit trail on every payment.

What we set out to build

Most businesses run payments through a mix of bank logins, spreadsheets and chat threads. It works until it doesn't: a missed bill, a duplicate payment, a receipt no one can find. Paysomethings replaces that patchwork with a single workspace where every payment is created, approved and recorded the same way.

How the product is shaped

We design around the rhythm of a working week: payroll on Friday, supplier runs on Monday, bills as they land, airtime when the field team needs it. Each module shares the same people list, the same approval rules, and the same record format, so nothing has to be reconciled twice.

How we work

Small releases, close contact with the businesses using the product, and a habit of changing direction when the evidence asks for it. Customer feedback drives the roadmap; the team reads every message and replies in person.

Clarity over complexity

Finance tools have a habit of growing in every direction. We take the opposite path: a tight set of features that any team can master in an afternoon and rely on every week.

Honest by default

Every figure on this site reflects how the product actually behaves. What you read on a page is what you get inside the workspace.

Built around real work

Our roadmap follows the routines of finance teams: paying staff, settling bills, keeping clean records, and sharing them with an accountant. Each feature earns its place by saving real time.
