Getting started
What is Paysomethings?
A unified workspace for business payments. Payroll, suppliers, bills, airtime and petty cash share a single login, a single approval setup and a complete record of every transaction.
How do I sign up?
Select Get started at the top of any page and create an account with your email. The workspace is ready to use within minutes, with no sales call required.
Is it free to try?
Sign-up is free. You can invite your team, add your payees and run the full workflow at no cost. Any future charges are communicated clearly in advance.
Do I need accounting experience?
No. The interface is designed for any operator running a business. If a screen is ever unclear, let us know — we treat that as a design issue worth fixing.
How payments work
How does Paysomethings move money?
Payments are executed through a connected payment partner. Until your workspace is linked to a live partner, the system records payments in a sandbox so you can walk through the entire workflow safely.
Can a teammate approve a payment before it sends?
Yes. Configure the workspace so one user prepares a payment and another approves it before release. This cleanly separates the person who requests money from the person who authorises it.
Where can I see what I have paid?
Every section keeps its own record. Payroll, suppliers, bills, airtime and petty cash each show the date, amount, reference and creator of every payment. The history is filterable, searchable and exportable to CSV.
Can a payment be reversed?
Once a live payment has been processed by the payment partner, it follows the same finality as any bank transfer. Sandbox entries can be removed from the workspace at any time.
Account and data
Who can see my data?
Only the people you invite to your workspace. Role-based access lets you decide what each teammate can view and act on, so visibility matches responsibility.
How is my data protected?
All traffic runs over HTTPS (TLS). Data is stored with our hosting provider and access is restricted to members of your workspace. The Security page covers this in more depth.
How do I close my account?
Email help@paysomething.com from the address on the account and we will close it. Records required by law for regulatory or audit purposes are retained for the necessary period, and we will explain exactly what stays and why.
